at least catholicism promotes a healthy sense of hierarchy and its highly mystical, protestation is just shitty egalitarianism and dry moralism with all the mystery and wonder squeezed out. and with the catholic system people didn't actually read the bible, it was in latin so all of christianitys faggy love-your-enemies-and0-turn-the-other-cheeck crap wasn't actually read by normal people. protestantism is anti-beauty as well, iconoclast protestants replaced the excess asthetics of catholicism with ugly drab boring churches and clothing. protestantism is "anti-superstition" so it discourages spirituality and replaces it with a robotic empty moralism that only breeds full blown atheism. protestantism is the most vile form of the xtian program.
