You could try to perform a Lefort 3 on that guy and all kinds of osteotomies and it wouldn't require that much effort cause you can just screw around cause he is already dead. He would ascend hard tbh.But now that I think.about it, i might not be able to deliver good results cause I have no Idea of what I'd be doing.But it would be pretty fun still.And seeing how his orbitals cheekbones jaw would get better while thoughtlessly cutting all nerves would be satisfying as fuck
