Meh, most mental development happens by the time you become like 3 or 4. Your parents have the biggest influence on you. So your looks won't correlate too much to your social skills.

It's assuming you take 100 random men, make them lean, softmaxx them as much as possible. 90% of them will be above average. That's what I claimed.
