If u place the grafts on the forehead where it wrinkles the grafts Will move and fall off
Its not wrinkles in the way that they stay there in neutral expression. Its the skin moving when u raise brows as hard and angry as u can which everyone has. It doesnt go higher with age
My forehead is average size (6.5cm) but my face is small so it looks huge kinda like andrew garfields neocranium looking huge Bcuz his tiny face

A guy on lookism had it done a couple years ago with a well known forehead reduction surgeon
It leaves a scar which means if tha male baldes he'll have a big scar very visably on his forehead
