Breh how the fuck did I get so fat.:feelsgiga: I need to lean asap wtf. I just hope the fast doesn't fuck up my metabolism. Any tips ?

I’m running DNP through Christmas. Fucking brutal. How did we get so fat?

It’s not like it makes me get foids or anything to be ripped but it’s terribly bad for my depression to be fat.
