im not someone who learns from social situations. It took me a long time to realise you have to memorize peoples responses to certain situations and then incorporate that in your behaviour. It also took me a long time to realise you need to use strict vocabulary and talk in short sentences. Its gonna take me at least a decade to fully understand how to be NT.

You dont have to do all this shit to be nt, you dont have to learn any rules or study any behaviours. Just try to be funny, dont interrupt others when theyre talking, compliment people but not too much etc and you will be fine
