I’ve made a commitment to myself: I won’t cut my hair until I reach 90 days of NoFap. It’s not just about discipline—it’s about setting a clear goal and sticking to it.
My hair is already too long, and I know it’s starting to get a bit wild. But I’m determined to see this through. I’m not just doing this for the physical change; it’s about proving to myself that I can overcome the struggle of NoFap, just like Samson did.
In the Bible, Samson’s strength was tied to his hair, and when he cut it, he lost his power. While I don’t believe my hair gives me supernatural strength, it’s a symbol for me—reminding me to stay strong and stay focused on my goals.
It’s not easy, but each day I resist is a step closer to the man I want to become. And once I hit that 90-day mark, I’ll know I’ve accomplished something significant.
This is about discipline, faith, and growth—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Let’s get to work.
