At 14%-ish I statted noticing some vast difference

How long did it take ?

6-7 months give or take, I'd estimate I started between 25-27% bf

What did you eat in your deficit

Eggs,yogurt,turkey, etc. It's just protein, water, and calorie deficits that do all the work. You fan use reta if you have the money to burn like the other guy suggested though

it depends on your fat pads not your bf percentage. If your fat pads are full u will bloat even at 4% bf. Only thing u can do is try to stay debloated or get them removed

Replaxe junk food with healthy shit or some other form of reward so your dopamine still gets fulfilled.

Also remember how you feel eating junk (sluggish, regretful, dissapointed), compared to healthy (energetic and proud)

Convince yourself that the day you start eating clean you'll be eating clean for a long time, think as if you've already been doing it rather than just picking it up.

Also don't have any junk laying around your household either.
