Last year when my ex threatened to break up w me and we had our first major fight, my immune system dropped and I got sick from the sheer amount of sadness I felt, I took 2 kg dumbells and bruised (bonesmashed) my forearms with them out of impulse.

I am reflecting on this now, do NOT be a whore and give your love out so carelessly. If you truly love someone who doesnt love you, you’re in for a massive headache
