I work with concrete and it sticks to my face, even after showering, any advice?

I work in a factory and I work a lot with concrete and cement, and it sticks to your face and body. It doesn’t matter if I take a shower, if I rub my face with a towel or papper there is still a layer of concrete on my face. Any advice how to prevent it or to get most of it of my face.
