Now my face is puffy as fuck and im bloated everywhere is this cuz of that? or am i coping for just gaining fat or sum

Like one day i just woke up so puffy bro mooned up like a puffer fish it's still here to this day i been eatin bananas drinkin extra water to get rid of it shi is still PRESENT

It's because you're stressing your body unnaturally, you shouldn't workout this hard. Cortisol makes your face puffier. Lay off the weightlifting for a few days and get decent sleep, food.

ur face only gets puffy from chronic every day cortisol, not the temporary cortisol from the gym

Even a single day of stressing your body with a heavy workout may result in a bloated face, 3 days would make me almost certain it's the case. Unless you have a better explanation
