well start in the gym. if ur not already going get a membership asap. it will help make you look more masculine because whilst you put on muscle where you train, it also puts muscle on in other areas like your jaw (already above average maybe a bit assymetrical tho). other than that its diet, sleep and just spam youtube videos cuz idk anything else sry
