I would recommend eat lots of protien, preferably in the hundreds of grams per day, dark meat chicken, very little carbs. Get lots of sleep especially in the morning when hormones are produced. Only do cardio at the gym no weight lifting cause that will fuse bones. I’m in my 20’s now still growing over an inch per year
