though ppl at fitzpatrick level 6 will be few points below in the looks scale than higher level that doesn't mean

that people at middle level will not mog or be equivalent to whites

with maxed out undertones even skin tone and changing color of hair and eye brow / lash to fit the skin color and undertone

also its also about altering fat pads to change looks if done right every ethnic will mog which are higher than level 6
