It really depends on the person, when I went no shampoo my hair was garbage for half a year, nice that it works for you tho

Wash your hands with soap and then clean it out with semi warm water. Works like a charm. If the texture feels off, add conditioner but only to the hair follicles, NEVER LET IT TOUCH YOUR SCALP

People are so weird for being extra "clean". No one rubs shit on their clothing which cause them to clean it daily
