Is there a way to just pull the area of the upper lip?
So just maxilla movement?
I know it is only about millimeters

Could it fuck my bite?

if you just want maxillary movement, than you need a design that will only come in contact with your palate and not touch your teeth/ alveolar ridge

It will fuck up your bite if your lower jaw doesn't follow, so keep your molars in contact whenever you wear the facepuller.

And yes its only millimeters but MM's are kilometers on your face

don't use a belt puller, you will pull your teeth more than your maxilla

belt pulling is extremely stupid, do not do it

there are lots of designs on the forum, just search it, im making a design prolly within the next month or so

you need to split your sutures first. Otherwise it wont work or even do significant damage to your teeth and alveolar bone.
