its not that expensive

if ur from NA, you can either go to a small local hill theyre pretty cheap (like 150 including rentals for a day, then lessons i think u can get group ones for like cheap idk how much tho)


or if u want a trip, going to europe is likely going to be cheaper than doing a trip in big NA resorts cuz single day ticket prices in big mountains are ridiculous if you didnt buy ur pass b4 the season started


if u go to europe, itd be like 500euros round flights, if ur willing to stay in a hostel are like cheap as fuck for 10 days itd be less than 500
and then lift tickets are usually less than 75/day so for 6 days of skiing itd be 400 but u can probably get multiday bundles for a discount (u can too in the us/ca) and then for miscellaneous expenses like food n shi lets say 600 assuming u keep ur expenditures moderate
and rentals idk 150 or smth, and a 350euro just in case (and to roundup)

thats 2.5k euros for a full ski trip to europe, and you could do it for much less if u plan right




u can also just get an ikon or epic week pass (the earlier you buy the cheaper it is) for a couple hundred and try that for ur first time and sleep in like a van or smth and get a friend or sum1 that knows how to ski to teach u, u can probably do green runs by yourself by the second day, thatd be like idk 1kusd for ur first couple of days


and then if u like it u can just buy a full epic or ikon pass for like 850usd i think if u buy early, buy some used skis and all the other gear for like 500 total and ur set for the entire season (besides more lessons if u want that)
