Not risking my own life just to help some stranger who wouldn’t even piss on me if I was on fire. I wouldn’t even call the cops, because a phone call cost money and why would I lose money over a stranger?

Depends on the situation. If you're not risking your life then might as well. Or if you have a very good opportunity. Running from danger is often smart tho so i get where you're coming from. Lot of people have gone down for trying to be a hero and failing

i dont think they charge you for dialing 911, but still why would u report a crime when the person who reported the crime is almost always interrogated and a suspect even if they didnt do anything.
