As you age, your status becomes more important and your appearance less. Ideally you have both, but let’s say you can’t. Who tf wants to be a chad walking around handing out towels at the local Planet Fitness, or working construction, or some other low tier job in their 30s and 40s. I’d rather be an MTN Wall Street investment banker, corporate lawyer, surgeon, or Senator. Not even a question. “Muh wagecuck” yeah everybody is a wagecuck except models and celebrities, at least wagecuck for millions in the bank rather than to just survive. “Muh betabuxx, your wife will be thinking about chad”. Unless you’re subhuman, this is stupid. Don’t marry degenerate women. As a middle-easterner, most of the men in my family have married women who are better looking than them and never has a single one been cheated on. For example, an LTN family doctor who married stacylite. Meanwhile countless of my uncles have cheated on their wives. None of these women are thinking about chads because they’re not degenerate. Not cope at all. I’m a looksmaxer who is getting surgeries because I believe looks are super important in life. Just not as important as status in the long run. Imo you shouldn't pursue a high status career, you should pursue the way to live working on what you like, becoming the greatest on that field. If It involves pursuing a career, then do It.

the thing is that most low iq teenagers cant admit is that being successful and earning millions is a hundred times more harder than having some level of looks.

because you are competing with the whole world and you are caped by many things beyond your control like - IQ, sociological location, skills, capital and so on. Or things that are difficult to influence - good luck spending precious time learning some skills when there are other xy people who are better at it or spending more hours because of they don't mind having no life. try starting a business as a person without capital.....

Like in economics, ultimately the marginal value of each decreases. 100k vs 200k is huge for SMV. But 500k vs 600k? Barely matters.

Though I think the marginal value of looks continues longer than marginal value of money.

ultimately the quality of life between like 500k and 2 million is negligible. (Assuming both are working 40 hours +).

So case in point. Definitely career max. But IB/law with the 80 hours + are barely worth it. The extra money doesn’t weigh up against the decrease in QOL, life expectancy and looks descension.
