Assuming the person would recieve 85 IQ after having a -Western education + finished HS-
Since IQ tests are basically made and benchmarked for this group

I do not really believe in the legitimacy of IQ as a benchmark since you can get an entire standard deviation higher IQ on average if you are offered $50 for a test instead of $5

But let's assume it's a perfect system and 85 IQ always = bottom 13.5%

I would take this option but only in the case of also having nepotistic connections for jobs and such, then life would prob be utterly perfect even if stupid, but even then looks could prob carry for job interviews and such
