Men who are known for being dicks to others, bullies, robbers, killers etc. they should just have their balls and dick cut off by the state as punishment and that will also lower their testosterone which will cause them to become calmer and nicer.
It would be the perfect solution
Women who do the same should be forced to shave off their head while at the same time flrced to grow every other hair in their bodie, arms and legs, to look ugly, also they should be denied of washing their teeth and showering, so they smell like shit, of course they are still goddess Omg endless smv, but they will hate themselves and that would be the punishment
