So to start up, I am already quite the pill head for Ibuprofen, and while doing some research, I stumbled across a video of a guy talking about how he uses Ibuprofen to debloat. Now the question which arose was whether this is actually a reliable way to debloat or just some joke. After coming across the post a few days ago, I also just checked the mirror to see any difference, where I thought I did see one, but it might just be my brain coping with my puffy face. If this is actually true, and they do help debloat what would you guys recommend about how many I should take a day, or tell me about your own experiences, if you have any?
