nuts are super high in pufa, they dont even taste that good, youre not missing out if you just stop eating em

I get the harm they pose but I do not believe they will cause me to get sunburn by fucking uo the fat composition of the skin like seed oils. Your studies are valid but dont prove that point

I agree but it wont age your skin as badly as do pufas. I ate like a kilo of meat today bc it was a xelebration, my stomach wasn’t even puffy from the food. until I ate nuts, then I got bloated. Crazy how these things are considered health foods

literally just sugar milk u can add whey cream etc and put it in the ninjacreami (very op btw i recommend u niggas get it makes dieting easier)

thanks bro i might cop it looks fire. rn mostly the only ice cream i eat is haagen dasz vanilla because it just has eggs milk sugar vanilla extract but if i make my own ill probably put more eggs and use duck eggs shit is gonna be so fkn anabolic

also do you put the eggs in raw im guessing

it's called avidin a while ago , because i used to drink egg whites for easy wholefood low calorie protein
