I get the harm they pose but I do not believe they will cause me to get sunburn by fucking uo the fat composition of the skin like seed oils. I agree but it wont age your skin as badly as do pufas. I ate like a kilo of meat today bc it was a xelebration, my stomach wasn’t even puffy from the food. until I ate nuts, then I got bloated.
