Ice hooding with varying UEE

My UEE varies throughout the day. At times it's what I'd personally consider ideal UEE but sometimes it's also a bit too much. I'm wondering whether anyone in the same situation has tried ice hooding. If I increase the hooding I could solve the UEE sometimes being too much but it would also move the UEE away from the ideal state it sometimes is in.

I hope you get what I'm trying to say I understand that the phrasing is a bit weird. I guess the question could also be rephrased as would you rather have slightly too much UEE or negative hooding.

hooding is ideal, there is not too much hooding dont listen to copers talking about some uee being ideal. You can have full hooding and still have visible lashes, as long as your lashes are visible you are good
