I don’t know if this is actually them, but I’ve been seeing cars around my neighborhood that look like this, and the place I live in is majority Latino.

I could very well be misinterpreting the situation, but they don’t commit crimes, and I know the location that car is in right now, is entirely ethnically Mexican.

So I think someone might be in trouble…
