Police officers also make a lot of money, sometimes starting at over 80,000 with killer pensions and little training requiered, but the job sucks because you are dealing with the worst of society on a daily basis.

The USA is not even that great for unskilled people from third world nations.

Healthcare, childcare and dental care are among the most expensive in the world. Healthcare is not free like other developed nations.

Why do many want to come to the USA from say Mexico? I would rather live in Canada.

I mean yeah, USA salaries are VERY high relative to just about any other nations https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Median_income , but healthcare, housing is VERY expensive. If I were an unskilled laborer in south America, I wouldn't mind living in Mexico and would actually prefer Canada. USA is only good if you are skilled.
