I apply a super cold cube to my eyelids, I go something like this:
20 sec left eye, 20 second right eye reps
I do it untill the cube melts. usually takes me around 3-4 min. twice a day

not sure about if results are permanent, as i'm only doing it for a few days.
but it looks like there's indeed a slightly change from day to day.
it's early to say, but it's for sure legit.
