Saw sm random video on tt saying to suck on fresh ice for hollow cheeks. Now is it js me or wouldnt this js give u cold burns on the inside of ur cheek n do nth else.

Doesn't have to be ice, you just need to suck a thick, long and hard object for an extended period of time, the direction of sucking has to be longitudinal (not transverse). This is the only way to stimulate your buccinator muscle to reduce the face fat and achieve a hollow cheek. Remember you need to suck it really hard, as if you are trying to get something out of it. When you do it properly, your cheek and jaw muscles will become sore. Once you feel the soreness, take a break and start it again, do it at least three times (3 sets).

The temperature might give different results, which I am not sure about, but if you want to test the hypothesis, you can just put that object in the freezer before sucking and see if you are getting better results.
