Ultimate No BS Ultrasonic Cavitation (UC) Guide for Face – My 13 Sessions Experience

I had done a few sessions but in the last one I feel i overdid it and It left a kinda of grey dark smol spot on my face
The session was two days ago and I am trying to moisturise all I can to see if It dissapear

I do RF typically before my UC session to warm my skin and get better, cleaner results. Warming the skin improves blood flow and tissue fluidity, which allows the ultrasound waves from UC to penetrate deeper and break down fluid or fat more effectively, leading to smoother drainage and less residue.
On days I do UC, I use the RF tool before for 13/15 minutes at almost the highest power, checking with infrared to keep the skin at 42/43 degrees. Then I wait 5 min and do the UC.
On days I don't do UC, I do infrared before my 1MHz ultrasound.
Do you have to apply the ultrasound gel aswell or do any special precautions like uc? Or does rf have no side effects? Also I bought an 80k machine and I have every single thing already here so im mixing your guide with antons to just get the best results! Thank you for the guide btw!

Also what’s your take on using it on the malar fat pads aswell and not just the buccal region?

Btw for anyone that might want the same device, its pricy but its the exact one anton used. Its the michway 80k

Yeah, the RF tool only use it with ultrasound gel and use it 5 minutes before UC for 8/15 minutes.
Warming the skin first improves blood flow, makes tissue more fluid and conductive, so the UC waves penetrate deeper and break down fat/fluid more effectively and evenly cleaner results, less residue.
I prefer 40 kHz because it penetrates deeper 80 kHz is lighter and more superficial, so better for delicate areas or when you want less heat risk, but I'll be trying the 80 kHz out later on too.

Yeah maybe try warming the skin beforehand too and use more ultrasound gel. I had this problem a few times try to move the probe a lot, and if your skin is too sensitive, take it easier. I add in GHK-Cu since it's dirt cheap from a UGL and is good at helping with inflammation, as well as for BPC I do GHK-Cu topical.

i can use it if im under 18?

What RF tool do you use and how do i make sure my skin is at the right temperature when using it and i should use it for 8-15 minutes? Also what do you reccomend overall for methods to remove fluid post UC cause ive heard people talk about using microcurrent or ems(not sure what that is) and whatnot but what do you think works best? thanks

Yo,I use the RF tool that comes with the LW-101 cavitation device. It has 3 heads, which 2 of them are for RF. To make sure your skin is the right temp try buying an infrared thermometer it's cheap. And I recommend using the RF tool before the UC cavitation session. Why? Because warming the skin with RF first increases blood flow and tissue fluidity, making UC more effective at breaking down fat/fluid. Overall
1MHz ultrasound after my sessions paired with RF and EMS microcurrent is the best. I've seen the fastest results. I also take Daflon this is optional, but this will also help. You could also take some enzymes like bromelain for example, since it breaks down proteins, which helps reduce inflammation and swelling by digesting excess fibrin/proteins in fluid buildup.

Yeah brother, you can do it under 18 but just be careful.
I would suggest starting on low power and do your research. You want to do these things good because damage is hard to reverse.
If you got questions, just DM me.

Do u think the results will be permanent? Even if I do it at 16 years old
what's up Yeah man, only if you did enough research and do it properly.
That's the thing with uc the results are almost kind of permanent but not 100%, which is a good thing because the older you get, the more you'll need some fat in your face for a youthful look.
Let's say you did UC and you want to get your fat back in your face You would have to go on a good bulk (calorie surplus). This creates new fat cells throughout the body and also fills up the remaining fat cells in your face that weren't destroyed.

Why not use aqualix?

LOL I got buccal fat removal and I'm also spamming UC

Btw, how important in your opinion the drainage stuff is and all the post UC stuff? Right now I've just drinked like 2-4L of water a day, done UC like 1x a week, 15minutes each cheek, and thats it.

Maybe I should try like 3x a week just for the sake of it.

And yes OP is right, it's hard to fuck yourself up while doing UC, the fearmongering is mostly bullshit.

Yeah it's important, trust me. Especially if you're planning to do it 3 times a week, try adding in Daflon/bromelain. It's cheap and helps fast.

Can I dm you about the drainage? I don't understand that part at all tbh

Normal to not feel anything when using the 1mhz UC device?

yeah bro my cheeks were actually more hollow at the start of doing UC (i wasnt super bloated to begin with but had decent fat pads holding me back). i just finished all my sessions tho, last one was literally 2 days ago so swelling/edema is still there hard face looks puffy af right now, no final results visible yet.

but i know it worked bc the indent test
Is the swelling/lymphatic drainage still hiding the results? i do wanna see once it clears

Yeah you should feel a little warmth, and you can check if it works by putting water in your hand and the probe under it. If the water vibrates, it's legit.

do you use it daily to drain the fluid or only after session?

Ultimate No BS Ultrasonic Cavitation (UC) Guide for Face – My 13 Sessions Experience

Introduction

YO welcome to the only guide that u will need for UC. uc cavitation has been around for some time now the idea behind it is to use low frequency ultrasound waves that create tiny microbubbles in ur fat pads, these bubbles collapse hard and basically rupture the fat cells, releasing all the fat contents inside, this will then turn into swelling and edema wich will have to leave trough the lymph system. this is a short simpel but really effective no bs guide.

for referance i just finished my 13th session i build my way up with power and knowledge i was well read before i started doing the UC on my face i chose to go with 40 khz since this is just the one u want to go with if u want to hit deeper fat pads and have longer lasting results... so first things first

BEAUSLIMMER 40K ULTRASONIC CAVITATION MACHINE (3 IN 1) REVIEW

the device i reccomend is from aliexpress dont waste ur time buying somewhere else its all made in china the models are the same but the factories can just customize it for a brand like freya or whatever. to move on.. i got the LW-101 40 khz 3 in 1 cavitation device wich has 1 40khz cavitation probe 1 RF multipolar head wich is a bit bigger then the other option wich is 1 rf head ill place the link of the excact one i bought u could just search it up its LW-101 40 KHZ device

2. Settings

So additionally, u want to start mild for ur first 2 session wich means to set the power around 2/3 stripes. Ur frequency in the settings will be around 38 or whatever, it doesnt really matter, it does the job. (for more questions about the settings just reply)

I ended up doing a total of power 6/8 both sides for around 12 minutes. The comfort in putting air in ur cheecks is so effective bc it makes u able to do this for way longer without any problems or any suffering. Before, in my first session, I thought I went deaf, it was like a f 16 flew past my fucking ear drum. I could’ve never imaged that mf be doing this for days without hearing damage.

Keep in mind, when ur fucking with this, u want to get the good ultrasound gel, no other BS, bc this will help with cooling down the skin and sliding the probe more effectively. Also, what u want to do is, when u feel the gel is starting to like vaporize, which means u will have to add some more gel again. In my sessions, I would most of the time really use around 2 pea sized amounts of gel on my cheek. Dont get the gel at ur under eyes since the gel also helps the UC waves, idk if this will do anything but its like just dont do it, u want fat there.

JFL at the dudes who paid 5k for buccal fat removal just to look like a deflated balloon, meanwhile I'm out here microwaving my cheeks with a 100€ Ali device

3. How to effectively use the device
A lot of people are suffering from ear damage, while I've done 13 sessions without having even slight tinnitus or any hearing problems after my sessions. HOW? Just blowing ur cheeks as full as possible with air. U can also do this as well for the malar fat pads, the one right above ur lips. I ramped my way up, I started my first 3 sessions all with 48 hours of rest and lymph drainage + RF therapy in between. Also use EMS since this mimics pulses of ur natural drainage pathway and improves circulation. BPC 157 is also proven to help with the lymph drainage.

NEXT THING that u want to do is, after every session u want to cool ur face down. I live in a cold country in Europe myself, so I just use the cold sink water. If u dont have this, just use some ice. Ice ur face until it burns like hell and apply some moisturizer or whatever after. I like to add some ghk cu with moisturizer after, just for the calming in the process. I burned myself twice slightly, it looks like acne, it will go away. This was due to me forgetting to put the correct amount of gel.

4. When are u finished?

So when are we finished well its hard to tell since our face is swollen but u can guess with for example pinching the fat in ur face u can actually feel if u have a lot of fluid and u could test this by trying to create an indent for my drainage process I will be doing lymph drainage a total of 30 minutes a day 15 minutes 1 hour after I woke up in a relative warm shower since ur lymph system is not only in ur face but connected throughout the whole body after drainage I follow up with around 8 minutes of EMS micro current device btw this device is dirt cheap on aliexpress

1 u need a ems tool for the drainage part wich is the most important part 2 if u want u can get a face ice massager from aliexpress 3 u can get a gay sha or just use ur hands 4 u can still indeed use ur tret treatments or whatever while u did the UC5 get a fat percentage measuring tool + infrared thermometer to check with the red light therapy if ur skin is getting to hot or in general

6. potential side effects
I did 13 sessions, ramped hard, and sides were mild as fuck. Here's the truth:

Ear damage Basically non-existent if u do it my way. I only had a slight ring after my first session bc I didn't know the trick yet just blow ur cheeks as full as possible with air the whole time. After that? Zero tinnitus, zero ringing, zero issues even at power 8. All the "ear horror stories" are from retards who didn't do this and held the probe like they're trying to hear the ultrasound better

Nerve irritation or damage Nerve damage is really rare, like low IQ territory. It only happens if u park the probe on one spot forever like a moron (staying too long on a nerve/vessel). I myself only got minor irritation after sessions lasts 1-2 minutes, sometimes a bit longer, then gone. Feels like a tiny buzz, nothing serious. Move the probe constantly and ur fine.

Burns Yes, this can happen and I burned myself twice (small acne-like spots, healed in days). 100% user error too high power + too little gel. Slap on enough ultrasound gel, keep moving, cool down after, and u won't get shit.

your bloated chipmunk face wasn't "genetics" or "bone structure", it was just excess fat sentencing you to subhuman. One cheap device and some balls
whats the process with the drainage part, like after using the uc device i need to do it to ensure that fat is permanently gone or what

So for UC days 2x a week
step
1. Hydrate with water before session
2. RF tool before for 13/15 minutes at almost the highest power
3. UC 12mins each side on high power (once you've built up to it)
4. infared therapy after
5. Cold rinse
6. Lymph drainage

for non UC Days (5x a week)

1. Infared
2. 1Mhz 8 mins both side

@cabronero
How's this UC stack going for u?

Good thread but like why would you do this 13 times. Might as well grow another pair of balls and do aqualyx.

Also bro i wish there was someone who would make a video as well, the guide is good but a video would make it a lot easier to follow, same goes for aqualyx and other diys like Botox etc

How's this UC stack going for u?
i havent started yet my 1 mHZ machine is coming in soon though, wouldve had bpc-157 and tb-500 in my stack too but i got scammed $350 on peptides

quick sum of the post:

1. Device

He’s using LW-101 40 kHz cavitation device with:

  • 40 kHz cavitation probe
  • multipolar RF head

2. First sessions (important)

For the first 2 sessions:

  • Power: about 2/3 of max
  • Frequency: around 38–40 kHz (not very important)
  • Time: about 10–12 minutes per cheek

3. During the session

  • Use ultrasound gel so the probe slides and skin stays cool.
  • Reapply gel if it dries.
  • Keep the probe moving constantly (don’t hold in one spot).
  • Avoid under-eye area.

He suggests blowing air into your cheeks to reduce the loud ultrasound noise in the ears.

4. After the session

  • Cool the face (cold water or ice).
  • Apply moisturizer.

5. Frequency of sessions

  • Wait 48 hours between sessions.
  • If you did a strong session, wait 72 hours.

6. Optional things he adds

These are meant to reduce swelling:

  • EMS microcurrent device for lymph drainage (~8 minutes)
  • RF treatment to heat skin (~42–43°C)
  • Lymph drainage massage
  • Drink water and keep electrolytes balanced.

7. Signs you're done

He checks by pinching cheek fat and looking if swelling/fluid remains.

is the sound still pretty relatively loud even with puffing the cheeks out? maybe im using way too much ultrasound gel im not sure but it's kinda scary, might play it safe and order the 80k freyara 4 in 1

how's it going for you with the 80k so far? i tried my 40k machine that got here today but the sound was way too loud it honestly scared tf outta me, I already got buccal fat removal so I just mostly wanna only get rid of like subq fat and stuff with the machine so i decided to order an 80k freyara and maybe i'll wait for that to come in to use that instead, might try and get some use out of the 40k by maybe testing it on my body though so the money isnt fully wasted

How's it going so far? I just got mine today got a 40k freyara though hope it works just as well
Id recommend using noise cancelling headphones and mby taping ur zygos but it is quite unbearable from what I have heard. Havent gotten my device yet still in shipping!

I got the same device, what mode do you use it on? I tried C which was pretty fast.

Power at 2 was kind of intense, but it was my first time. Does sting a little and cheeks were a little red after (though not super noticeable). Next day and no redness. What's it like at higher powers?

Did my first session a few days ago. Same machine, mode D at the first power level (1 bar) for 4 minutes each side. Stuffed a sock in my mouth to push my cheeks out since blowing them out was too tiring.

The sound was jarring at first but tolerable, got no sides/bloating/redness. Gonna take a break for my microneedling session and continue to titrate power level.

Anyone get skin peeling from this? Wondering if it's from this or something else, as I started Retin-A recently.

I've done it twice and I feel like my face looks slimmer already. Did gua-sha but with my hands after for lymphatic drainage. It might be the best thing, I asked ChatGPT to rank and it says this:

🧾 Final Ranking

  1. Manual lymphatic drainage (hands / gua sha)
  2. Diet (especially sodium control)
  3. Hydration (normal, not excessive)
  4. Exercise
  5. Sleep
  6. EMS
  7. RF
  8. Detox nonsense
