does this method work if used daily, looking to decrease UEE

No it doesn't work.
UEE is caused of recession in the browridge , orbitals bones.
My suggestion is if you still growing to focus on natural food ( milk , meat , eggs , fruits )
and try training your orbicularis oculi muscles ( the muscles around your eyes ) and
in case you believe in bonesmashing ; you can do it on the browridge (This is based on my personal experience , you don't have to do it except if you know how or believe in it)
