How tf I expand my chin?

It needs to be twice as focking wide I realized, because when looking from above my chin becomes way shorter, and my upper lip small asf

I need a wider chin, and bigger upper lip

I know BSSO/jaw surgery will potentially give me the upper lip, since I think part of the reason I get this effect is due to a deepbite/overbite.

But I doubt it will make me chin significantly wider
