I’ve never had those symptoms but nausea and restless upper body tbh I got lean fast saw ogee curve and saving money eating only one meal shit was life saver and Yh the dehydrated part made me look like a skeleton

Cutting for the entirety of the summer, started 20%ish ended at 10%, can't maintain 10% and remain sane though so I'm 12% right now.

I didn't need such a high dose, I wasn't obese, I honestly just really liked the skin tingling side effect lol.

But I lost the bulk of my weight within the first 3ish months, yes.
Afterwards I just kept going to maintain + build up better diet habits which have stuck until today.

Same for me on that last part, I'm a 5'10 manlet so I just mega starved JFL, but the nice thing about reta is it also helps you not lose muscle so it's really not a big issue.
