I have adhd aswell but very mild

Its so annoying to have so shifting emotions, 1 second im angry 1 second i feel like a good then I, feel like shit But my mood is much more stable now

I doubt ritalin reduces social anxiety, it just makes you more focused

I have more add but its very mild, i lose concentration fast and have shifting emotions

I also have some hyperactivity, i can feel so much energy / extroverted sometimes and I can talk so much and cant control it
