I’m not one of those edgy religious people who thinks God is evil or some shit and who says they wouldn’t worship him if he was real

Id give God my love and dedication but there are so many religions that I don’t know what to do. Am I just fated to hell?

I chose Christianity for the evidence and because all the high iq people who know anything about the world in a true sense are Christian. @PrinceLuenLeoncur @XtrovertNTnormalfag

I don’t pray I just said God exists

I don’t think he cares about humanity but anyone with a functioning brain knows God exists

The only reason people deny God exists is because since their lives our shit that some how means God doesn’t exist

It’s a cope

i just dont believe in anything supernatural such as legends or ghosts or god etc, super hard to believe that tbh, religion is just a way to answer to questions as how the world was created and such since ignorance is bliss

live your life how you want, if you go to hell for not believing in god then you understand how silly religion is since its purely based on the fear of people

I stopped considering myself one because I realized it’s more likely there is a God than there isn’t. Instead of being in between

Yes but praying to that God without knowing who or what it is, is retarded

You should just acknowledge that theres a god and not try to label it.

Nobody knows

God as a concept is real

There’s more evidence pointing to Christianity than anything.

Whats the evidence
The witnesses who died believing he came back from the dead
The discovery of his burial
Non Christian accounts about him
Usury & central banking controlling the world. Usury is a major sin in the Bible yet it’s promoted and celebrated
Jews aka synagogue of Satan and their power over the world

@Acion @Sprinkles

Agnostic stems from religion instilled fear

There is no god
You can find 30 things that prove intelligent design then disprove it this world is too contradictory and random for a creator

just follow the religion you were born into and have a 1:1 relationship with god if you know what i mean.

Believing a god exists is way more beneficial than not believing one exists

What benefits are there? That’s assuming said god made a heaven or afterlife in exchange for believing in him

What do you have to lose?

If there isn’t a god, youre not gaining anything by believing there isn’t one

Most cosmologists believe the Big Bang was a random event which is what I’m talking about
thats just blind faith theres no way they could know what was happening before the universe existed how is that any different from religon?

Its even worse atleast religion has explanatory power

Randomness doesn't exist. It's just a way to describe ignorance and lack of knowledge without sounding like one is doing so.

With the proper tools and knowledge nothing is random and there is absolutely no code than can't be cracked. Humans don't have the capacity to crack a lot of codes so we just call it randomness, but a more knowledgeable being like God who is The All Knowing does have that capacity. If you show a 2 year old kid an equation he will think it's just a "random" gathering of numbers and letters, however a 14 year old will (Or should) understand that there are patterns and rules on the equation

It’s just fabrication not a real explanation especially since most religion is disproven by modern science

unironically makes more sense than atheism
Atheism not offering a reason for creation doesn’t invalidate it, it makes the most sense based on all presented evidence

how do you explain the fact that the universe is finely tuned for the existence of life?

It's so cringey that all religious talk is focused on Abrahamic religions like Christianity. Go study Eastern religions or Western occultism. There's a lot to be learned that doesn't revolve around Christ, Muhammad or Yahweh.

"Imagine a puddle waking up one morning and thinking, 'This is an interesting world I find myself in, an interesting hole I find myself in, fits me rather neatly, doesn't it? In fact it fits me staggeringly well, must have been made to have me in it!' This is such a powerful idea that as the sun rises in the sky and the air heats up and as, gradually, the puddle gets smaller and smaller, it's still frantically hanging on to the notion that everything's going to be all right, because this world was meant to have him in it, was built to have him in it; so the moment he disappears catches him rather by surprise. I think this may be something we need to be on the watch out for."

This analogy doesnt work because it presupposes the existence of things needed to make the puddle in my case the things which are needed for life to form dont even exist yet

the puddle adapts to fit the shape of the hole

but for example if the r^2 in colombs law was an r^3 atoms wouldnt be able to form theres no equivalent to this in the puddle analogy
