That's the hard thing. Overdoing soft tissue augmentations/modifications will just fuck you up.

Go for a subtle lip lift, small improvements have the highest ROI and you don't risk anything like gummy smile.

Mention to the aesthetician/surgeon that you want to go for subtle movements and they'll follow your instructions.
