I'd like to stop my SSRI

I take SSRIs for 11 years, and I'd like to see how I can function without them

I know the withdrawal can be awful so I'd need to be on vacation if I want to stop them for good

I think these pills give you water retention making your face bloated very easily

I also have an antipsychotic I take at night (I don't want to stop it because it helps me sleeping)

My mental health is basically fucked anyway but I'd like to live with just my antipsychotic and not with the combo antipsychotic + antidepressant

I'd like to see how my brain works without the SSRI

The antipsychotic is mandatory for me but I'm not sure about the SSRI

I'm extremely worried about the withdrawal tbh
