nose can be fixed with rhino and you can even temporarily shrink it with softmaxxing, you can get zygo implants or try bonesmashing but idk how good that'll work, lips would be filler ofc, you can fraud a wider jaw with masseter muscle training or just get surgery to fix it, some people have reported fixing their eyelid exposure with softmaxxing
