I quite agree, I would have gladly swapped some girls interested in me for the one I was interested in. Maybe I shouldn't have complained and kept quiet, however, the quantity never mattered that much to me.

In some contexts, such as this one, I realize that I am not sympathetic enough. It is another reason why empathy is sometimes useless. I don't know what the fuck to say, like when I read the threads of someone who is disconsolate because they can't get female attention.
