Judging by this theory blacks operate mostly on their ID and have a low sense of ego and superego, thats why they are low inhib, obedient, low iq, agressive, more pain tolerance, lack of awareness
Whites have a more developed sense of super ego and ego so they can rationalize their ID leading to create a more structured societies and higher iq
this is not generalized, also the ego is just a theory and not factual about how the mind works
