only UV i can get is through a bed but idc anymore. ill just use it once a week with MT2 and sunscreen for 5 min, with carotenoids also.

i made a promise i wouldnt age myself with them anymore but i give up, tan just helps my appearance too much. once a week with MT2 and sunscreen cant be THAT bad right?

@charliewillascend my KPFR doesnt look as bad either with a tan.

Yes bhai , i use to do 5 min , still got very good results, i do 10 min mow but i do that every other week . You barley will age with mt2 , as long as u dont abuse the beds . You can also use ghk cu , i do this plus red light and my collagen is improving rather than deteriorating

yeah just make sure you don’t go overboard,
and obviously do collagen boosting on the sides.

Also yes, tanning hides kera loads

Deed is already done but I think I have a protocol that won’t age me that much.

Spray tan also seems uncanny and noticeable to me but I’m sure u found a good one

I used a lot of MT2 and tanning beds. I got extremely tan in 1 week, which was fucking insane. It made me look ethnic, but the worst part is the upkeep with tanning. If you don’t want yo revert back to pale, you need to tan at least once every 2 weeks which adds up a lot. If you don’t upkeep, you will return to pale again within a couple months after you stop. You’ll realize eventually to maintain a tan year round, you have to keep tanning which will inevitably destroy your collagen, even with mt2. No to mention increase risk of skin cancer, which is no joke
