As long as you don’t get painful red flaking skin from sun exposure you don’t have sun damage.

you don’t need sunscreen unless you get sunburn from being outside

If you don’t get sunburn then your skin isn’t being damaged.

If you get sunburn from prolonged exposure then minimize exposure and wear something to minimize it after an hour

I never wear sunscreen ever and I don’t ever get sunburn, just tan

Also europe doesn’t use shit oxybenzone and shit avobenzone

If you must wear sunscreen then wear next gen spf that Europe uses
