I did diy bfr and now I get them at around 17% lul

Depends on genetics as fuck lol some guys are 20% bodyfat with hollow cheeks. You can be low bodyfat and have plump cheeks and a double-chin too. I think hollow cheeks are a bit overrated bone structure matters way more and if yours is top-tier it shows even at lowish bodyfat even with bit plumpness on your face, looks more youthful and vital and resisting of aging anyway. Women seem to like low bodyfat + plumpish cheeks as long as the bones are good and you can still see the shape/outline of them.
