I’m 6ft, 65kg
What bf should I cut down too?
I’ve been going to the gym for 4months I started very very skinny, I never bulked or anything I just put on muscle I think I’m like 12% bf, I’m bulking now just to get slightly bigger and after I get to like 70kg I want to cut to a very low bf but what do you think is the most ideal bf ? For bones and aesthetics in general

Lean bulk for now. Don’t stay skinny, after lean bulk just cut to 10% after a year… and just because your lean doesn’t mean you’ll have hollows lol

Yeah okay sounds good and yeah I know it most likely won’t change nothing facial wise but we will see as in some lighting my cheekbones look a lot better

Don’t reply then it’s a simple question for my body as I don’t know if I should go really really low

i just caged at the way it was formulated, bu id say try o get some more muscle

Lower than 12%. Probably like 10% which is my current bf. I look athletic without going gym and living off alchohol the whole summer.

the absolute perfect bf is 9%

Lean bulk first twin. Then cut back down to 9-10%. Ideal is probably about 10% IMO
