any idea how i can quickly get down there from 18%?

Around 20% with good bones, go lower than that and you won't produce enough hormones.

Hard to say, I'm still not entirely sure what 10% really looks like since so many people will claim it but look entirely different from one another. Still around that area you should be noticeably lean, cheekbones popping, hollow cheeks, sharper features, etc.

im 18-17% right now i find it extremely hard to go down because i had have to be eating sub 1500 calories a day

Tirzepatide (mounjaro) & Semaglutide (ozempic) are your friend, bro. These drugs will allow you to eat very little but feel full and just have you become less hungry overall.
I don't wanna say that it's impossible to become lean without them, because it's not, tons of people do it but even more people fail to do so.
You can be like me, trying the natural way for years but never making any significant gains or just take it seriously from the get-go by incorporating stuff like this.
I don't know, maybe you're more disciplined than me and will achieve it without this stuff.
 
I'd say a little under 15% but it's really a range to be honest and it depends on genetics if you're of West African descent I imagine you can get closer to the 10s while hormones being great you just gotta lose it over time and be observnt of how you feel youe energy levels and boners

i mean realistically im only eating slightly above 1500 calories a day my max would probably be 2000-2500 if i cut down to one meal a day while taking little to no snacks during the day i can see it as possible
