Where did I get these numbers? Bodybuilding common knowledge (and my ass).
Neck, upper arms, calves - should all be same size. Under 6 feet - the neck, upper arms and calves should be at least 15.5 inches. Over 6 feet - at least 16.5”.
Chest circumference - depending on your shoulder width and ribcage size. Large ribcage and broad shoulders - at least 44 inches. Narrow shoulders and small ribcage - at least 40.
Shoulder width/bideltoid - your skinny shoulder width + 4 inches.
Waist circumference. If your hips bone structure is narrow - sub 30 inches. Wide hips - sub 34 inches.
Legs. Over 6 feet - 26 inches. Under 6 feet - 23 inches.
Forearm circumference. Under 6 feet - at least 13”. Over 6 feet - at least 14.5”.
