Probs 9-13 percent. Keep in mind most ppl think they are at a way lower bf percent thn they actually are. Too high ur face and body looks worse. Too low shit energy, mood and physical performance. If ur a man and u can pinch bf anywhere other thn ur lower stomach ur holding too much fat.
