Most women don't know what they want verbally, they shit like "I prefer personality" or "I don't like guys that are way too big" and that's true, but you actually gotta see when they physically say they like something, because you know that it's genuine. Like in this case, and I've personally experienced that too, I'm 5'11 (cooked) and I've been both 200+ lbs at around 12-15%, and I've been 180 lbs 12-15% as well and I noticed I get more female attention when I'm under 200 lbs, probably a big factor is the fact that I'm leaner when I'm lighter but still, the difference in leanness with clothes is not that big. Women want muscular men, but to an extent, if you look like a muscle hunk they're not going to let you hit

To me, the optimal muscular level to be is around 12% and a BMI of at least 25-26, anything under that and you're just a twig, anything over that and you may lose appeal for some women.
