speaking to a surgeon about bimax & genio and we disagreed on the ideal amount of chin projection

I thought that the amount of projection he planned was bluepilled and I wanted more, which he said would look weird/off

There is no ideal. Depends how defined your jaw and gonials are. If you have Timothee Chamelets forward growth and ramus you just need an average chin. If you have a poor ramus and are somewhat recessed you need a massive chin especially in vertical length like Ryan Gosling

Overcompensating with extra chin is still cope but its better than nothing ngl and its not really a failo when women see it for some reason. It just doesnt beat having ideal mandible body projection w strong chin

. A disproportionately large chin is dimorphic, men are supposed to have larger chins with women. Also there is a number of things a tall chin does for u when u are lacking in other areas of ur face which I will post about

Depends on the surgeon imo. If it is a surgeon who is known for doing big movements then you're probably mental. Other surgeons, like Zarrinbal, are very conservative with their movements. That's just their style of surgery I guess

No indefenite answer. It depends mostly on the position of your hyoid from the side.

the depth of supramental fold is also very important. It also depends on the person. Too less of a fold and you look like you have an underbite. Too much and it looks like an overbite. Some people like Cahill have basically none and it looks good

from the front it can really vary a lot and depends on your other thirds.
Meeks for example has a very short chin from the front and looks very good with it.

from morphing myself a philtrum no chin height of about 1:2.2 seemed best
