So i'm pretty certain I have rosacea. It sucks and I look so much better slightly tanned. I don't tan too easily and live in the UK so winters suck. i'm taking 50k iu beta carotene is there anything else that would help

also i was gonna get this product - cicaplast tiger grass colour correcting cream - meant for roseacea but people say it makes u look even paler which is kinda annoying

also if you think colouring dosent matter i dont want to hear it

beta carotene is cope and will just give you vitamin a toxicity from supplementing that much, better off to get a redness correcting cream and fake tan max.

yeah then either just take melanotan 2 for a tan look and it will just look like ur abit burnt on the face. but the cheaper option is makeupmaxxing like it might be gay but who cares u gotta do whatever it takes to ascend.

does it look like this
1731798961285

or this?
1731798994124

(both cases are extreme here)

its because there are multiple types, you can have it where it is just redness with no bumbs or itchiness

just live with it, majority of people on that subreddit spend hours fixated on fixing it with no success. there is sirolimus which isn't permanent and might give you acne. there's also laser treatment which makes your cheeks much more red for a week or two then almost no redness for 3 months

doesnt matter, you'll have to find out which concentration you have to use from 1-0,01% and if its too much you get acne

why would u need clobetasol? thats for psoriasis

Pretty sure Rosacea can be genetics but it can very much be environmental at least from my experience. Not sure if there's even an exact remedy too, I did research and there are dermatologist that tell you to rub their latest skincare product to fix :lul: but experts and non-bullshit ones say that there is basically no direct fix, and it seems aging and general skincare helps relieve it.

turns out it isn't even roseacea

cant get vitamin atoxicity from it as the body only converts as much as it needs to. some people wont even get enough from it bc the conversion rate is really low for some people
