what’s the ideal diet you should eat during puberty to max out development? should you avoid veggies and grains completely? should you eat raw meat? which diet is ideal?

I'm an advocate for primal but there's no official consensus.
The only thing everyone agrees on is nutritionally dense whole foods.

most of my diet is meat or animal based. would me still having veggies or grains hold me back? should i keep or remove them?

To develop well protein is the most important aspect

The word "ideal" diet is a big word. If you want to be completely ideal, you would have to be only drinking raw milk, blood, water and eating raw organs, meat and seasonally fruits. This would be hard to achieve in our current modern world for obvious reasons, nobody has that much discipline, and quality of life is also a factor, you want to be living a happy life while avoiding as much as possible foods that affect you negatively.

For development, most of the nutrients needed can be found in animal based diet, so essentially must have

-eggs
-beef
-beef liver
-salmon
-raw milk
-cheese

if you have these, you are good.

As for fruits, you don't need them. They were eaten seasonally. But of course you won't be following meat only diet, you also want to live and enjoy life, so you can eat fruits moderately

if i eat all those foods AND i include fruits and veggies like sweet potatos or brocolli or other stuff would it be good or does that ruin the diet

nutritionally dense wholefoods like other guy said

raw anything is retarded, not that it's dangerous there's just 0 benefit and it tastes like shit or is more expensive. snake oil.

DO eat lots of animal products (eggs, meat, occasionally fish, milk, yogurt) for the highest bioavailability protein and tons of nutrients

you don't need to avoid grains completely, but they shouldn't be a significant part of your diet. They're not bad for you, they just have no nutrients. they're an OK carb source that is cheap

you don't need to avoid veggies completely, but most are useless (cough cough leafy greens) and some are high in antinutrients (cough cough leafy greens)
sweet potatoes and potatoes are good shit, there are occasional other ones that are ok like carrots

fruits are really good and better than most veggies, especially bananas, berries (blue are the best), and kiwis

90 percent of my diet is animal based. i have some veggies fruits and grains too. i wanted to know if only meat was ideal and that if any of these things take back from the nutrient dense diet.

I would only eat it raw if it is from a good source. We used to hunt animals and eat them raw after we slaughtered them, so you don't get sick from that. Nowadays, if you are buying stuff from supermarket like fish, meat ect its not a good source so I wouldn't eat it raw.

If you have a good source, sure eat it raw. But obviously it's less practical in our modern world, so you can cook but as long as you are eating the foods that are required to meet nutrient levels.

If we are talking about purely ideal for development, you wouldn't need fruits. But obviously you aren't gonna follow your diet 100%, so including fruits at a moderate level for taste wouldn't hurt development.

what abt veggies and grains?

what abt veggies and grains?
You should avoid eating veggies, there is really no need to be eating veggies. All the nutrients can be found in animal-based.

Secondly, veggies contain compounds that interfere with nutrient absorption and digestion, which will only make your quality of life and state worse

example are kale, spinach, beans, lentils, broccoli, ect, all have compounds that irritate gut lining, block absorption, the plant uses these as a natural defence.

if your goal is to be fully optimal i would avoid eating grains because of anti nutrients like phytates, lectins, gluten ect, which are difficult to digest, reduce nutrient absorption and irritate insides and cause inflammation. also most societies who dependent on grains often develop iron deficiency and stunted growth

i’m saying your diet is like 90-95 percent animal based primal and you add like some sweet potatoes or quinoa for carbs. and some broccoli or carrots

I mean if you are trying to be optimal, eating broccoli would only slow you down in that goal. Like I said broccoli is not apart of the natural human diet, it literally has a natural defence mechanism so we don't eat it.

Sweet potatoes are better than grains but still aren't 100% ideal. They have Protease inhibitors which will interfere with digestion of protein, have oxolates as well. They are high in carbs and low in nutrients necessary for development, so they aren't optimal or ideal.

You don't need carbs

what if ur active though

If you are active, carbs do give fuel. It is however optional fuel, not essential fuel like fat and protein.

if you are a really active person, carbs will be beneficial. They aren't bad for development but also aren't necessary.

That is said, if you are also really active, it's not necessarily the most ideal optimal thing so.

no i meant like decently active. to help stay fit to promote healthy hgh and testosterone production. are things like swimming, basketball, weight lifting good? like moderately? or walking a lot

Yes moderate exercise will have positive biological effects on testosterone, hgh, igf-1, bone density, neuromuscular development.

Have to have some sort of exercise that is moderate and doesn't stress the body too much like long distance running for example
